During the first installation and use of the portable diesel heater, it is necessary to bleed the fuel line and inject diesel fuel. The heater can ignite and operate normally only after diesel enters the main unit. If error code E1 appears initially, simply restart the heater to allow it to function properly.

The peak ignition power of the diesel heater is 150W. Most conventional power station cigarette lighter ports are rated at 12V/10A (120W), which is insufficient for starting the heater. Please use a power output port that meets the 150W requirement. For example, BougeRV JuiceGo 240Wh and B277 Power Station are compatible as they meet this requirement.

High-temperature warning tags are attached to the exhaust muffler connections and hot air duct outlets at the factory. Do not touch the metal exhaust pipe or cover it with flammable items while the heater is operating. At an ambient temperature of 77°F (25°C), the metal exhaust pipe can reach up to 482°F (250°C) during normal operation.

Every BougeRV diesel heater undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. As part of this inspection process, a small amount of diesel may remain on the fuel tank cap. This ensures that each heater is in good working condition before delivery. Please use it with confidence.

BougeRV diesel heaters feature a 304 metal shell, which can retain fingerprint marks. Simply wipe them off with a dry cloth. Rest assured, this will not affect the heater's performance.
